Vinicio Serment-Moreno

Vinicio is an Applications Specialist at Hiperbaric, the worldwide leader manufacturer of high pressure processing (HPP) equipment. He holds a B. Sc. Degree in Chemical Engineering (2007) from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León (UANL). At Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM), Vinicio earned M. Sc. (2011) and Ph. D. degrees (2015) in Food Engineering and Biotechnology. Vinicio worked for a year as a postdoctoral researcher at ITESM before joining Hiperbaric USA in 2017, where his main duty involves technical food processing support for customers and potential buyers in the United States, Canada and Latin America. He also actively participates in business meetings, marketing material release, commercial presentations and research activities.
