Sue Armstrong

Sue is a 1984 graduate of Cambridge University School of Veterinary Medicine. In 1996 she became a Veterinary Member of the Faculty of Homeopathy in England, after training with the Royal London Homeopathic Hospital and the Homeopathic Professionals Teaching Group (HPTG), Oxford. Sue later became a tutor and then partner of the HPTG.

She was a founder member of the British Holistic Veterinary Medicine Association (BHVMA) and was President in 2003. She is a past President of the British Association of Homeopathic Veterinary Surgeons (BAHVS) and President of the College of Animal Homeopathic Medicine (CAHM) in Canada. She is now the Education Director of the British Academy of Veterinary Homeopathy (BAVH).

In 2003 Sue set up Balanced Being that has homeopathy as the core philosophy of this thriving practice that offers treatment to both animals and humans. Sue has written and published many papers; she also lectures and consults internationally in countries including Australia, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Japan and the USA as well as throughout the UK and Ireland. Sue is a contributing author of Foundations of Complementary Therapies and Alternative Medicine edited by Robert Adams and Canine Nutrigenomics written by Jean Dodds and Diana Laverdure (2015). Sue is the author of The Little Book of Thinking Dog published by Fisher King Publishing. Sue’s latest book entitled Cancer in Animals: What is to be Cured? is due out this year.
